WASHINGTON, D.C.—Brandon Mayes, a recent graduate at Northeastern State University’s College of Optometry, has won a $6,000 scholarship from Hoya Vision Care, North America. Hoya representatives announced the winner at a luncheon here last week honoring the grant and scholarship program’s 15 finalists during Optometry’s Meeting, the annual meeting of the American Optometric Association and the American Optometric Student Association.
