FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J.— Jon Wolske, cultural evangelist at
Zappos will be the featured guest on the Feb. 27 edition of "The Power Hour," the free weekly online radio talk show hosted by Gary Gerber, OD, founder of
The Power Practice, the practice management company.
Said Gerber, "Zappos is world famous for their unwavering commitment to customer service and establishing a unique work culture. Jon Wolske will talk about how other companies—and optometry practices—can benefit from their model. Jon has experience with many types of industries outside of Zappos, including optometry, and he'll discuss how he's helped other businesses create and sustain their own core values, why that is so important and how it helps to greatly drive profits."
