Progressive, full-service ophthalmology practice specializing in cataract and refractive surgery is seeking an experienced ophthalmic technician. Certification (COA, COT, or COMT) preferred. Responsibilities include measuring and recording visual acuity and pupillary response, assessing ocular motilities, lensometry, performing Goldman applanation tonometry and performing A-Scan biometry. Requirements include a demonstrated ability to perform accurate refractions, have a minimum of three years of experience as an ophthalmology technician, or the successful completion of an accredited program for ophthalmic technicians.
