NEW YORK—A new opinion poll shows the impact of 2016 on consumer trust. Despite two in five respondents affirming their trust has eroded overall, almost all agree that doctors remain the most trustworthy in uncertain times. Over half of Americans said they trust their sense of sight most when evaluating situations, according to the poll conducted with Opinion Research Corp. in December 2016.
