Zoobug Inks Deal to Distribute Kid’s Optical, Sun Lines

January 18, 2010 12:26 AM

LONDON—Children’s eyewear brand Zoobug, based here, has signed a distribution agreement with AccessUrEyez Eyewear for the U.S. and Kiss Eyewear in Canada for their children’s optical and sunglass collections, effective immediately.

“This new distribution agreement is an exciting step for Zoobug,” said Dr. Julie Diem Le, founder of the Zoobug brand. “We have had lots of opticians contacting us direct from both markets over the last year, but we have not been able to provide the service we wanted from a distance. Now we are able to offer our complete collection to all U.S. and Canadian opticians through two highly regarded distributors.”

According to Zoobug, the Spring Valley, N.Y.-based AccessUrEyez Eyewear “specializes in targeting individuals who have an ‘eye for eye-catching design,’” while Kiss Eyewear with offices in New York and Montreal, Canada “prides itself on targeting both adults and children who are ready for an individualistic look,” making them both perfect partners for the line.  ■
