HIGHLAND BEACH, Fla.—Marco Musa—who with his brothers Max and Marc Andrea launched the Eyeglass World chain, which was acquired by National Vision early last year—died at his home here on Sept. 8. He was 48. A private memorial service is planned for family members.

Musa is survived by his parents, Mark and Isabella Musa; his widow, Karina; his sons, Alec and Evan; and his two brothers and their wives.

Through his company Vision Care Holdings, Musa also headed the Lasik Vision Institute, which he retained after selling 64-store Eyeglass World.
