Jobson Acquires Minority Interest in Local Eye Site (LES)

NEW YORK—Jobson Medical Information (JMI) and Local Eye Site (LES) announced that JMI has acquired a minority interest in LES. The move follows the two companies’ previous signing of an exclusive sales and marketing agreement in June of 2010 under which LES is represented to the optical and eyecare professional field by Jobson’s ECP Business Services division.
