Safilo Appoints Renon New Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa

PADOVA, Italy—Safilo Group (SFL.MI) has appointed Massimo Renon head of business region of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Renon will assume the role in September and report directly to Roberto Vedovotto, chief executive officer of Safilo Group.

Renon joins Safilo from Ferrari, where he held the role of global head of sales and after sales. Prior to that he was with Luxottica for 10 years, where he held several positions of increasing responsibility in Italy and internationally, becoming new Europe region director before leaving.
