NEW YORK— Allure Eyewear has announced the appointment of Bill Munch to the newly created position of vice president of sales, sunglass division. Based in New York, Munch will oversee Allure’s growing sunglass and reader business reporting directly to Steve Clarke, president of Allure Eyewear.

Tom O'Neill remains the company’s vice president of sales focusing on the optical channel.

Munch brings to Allure Eyewear over 16 years of experience in the eyewear industry. Previously, he was general sales manager of the retail sun division at Viva International. Prior to Viva, Munch held senior positions at Silhouette and Lantis Eyewear.
