There is something about a bad boy (or girl) that we all like; someone who lives a little too fast and a little too close to the edge is exciting. In this week’s edition, we feature three celebrities who have carved out a little place for themselves in our hearts despite, or maybe because, of their bad, bad ways…

Bryan Cranston stars as Walter White, a good man gone bad, on AMC’s Breaking Bad. The critically acclaimed series is ending this year after a strong five season run. The final season was split into two parts each consisting of eight episodes with the second part premiering on Aug. 11. The series follows the story of White, a struggling high school chemistry teacher who turns to a life of crime after he is diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer. He begins making and selling meth with the goal of securing his family’s financial future after he dies. If stories about Rihanna’s personal life and her risqué fashion sense weren’t already huge indications of her naughty tendencies, the title of her 2007 album, Good Girl Gone Bad, pretty much seals the deal. Multiple tattoos, unpaid funeral bills, a questionable high profile romance with one of music’s bad boys, revealing clothing and pictures of marijuana use all cement her place in the Bad Girl Hall of Fame (if such a place exists!) Regardless, her popularity hasn’t waned and in fact on Aug. 2, Billboard announced that Rihanna is the 15th biggest U.S. Billboard Hot 100 artist of all time, and is the highest ranking newcomer on the list since they last compiled the list in 2008, proving the world actually likes a bad girl. Andrew Zimmern is a bad boy of the food world. The chef, food writer, teacher and TV personality, is the co-creator, host, and consulting producer of the Travel Channel series Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, Bizarre Foods America and Andrew Zimmern's Bizarre World, which means he essentially regularly eats things many people would never even consider putting in their mouths. FYI, he also hosts the show Dining with Death, just saying. However, before he found fame with food, he was a homeless addict for about a year, during which time he survived by stealing purses from cafes and selling the contents. In 1992, he checked into the Hazelden Treatment Center in Minnesota, where he now volunteers, making him a bad boy turned good. Zimmern recently attended the 2013 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen where he was snapped in the Peahi sunglasses from Maui Jim.
