The incredibly handsome Henry Cavill will make his major U.S. lead role debut in the highly anticipated Superman origin story, Man of Steel. As the iconic character, Kal-El/Clark Kent/Superman, the movie follows the character from his birth and landing on Earth to his coming to adulthood and struggling to find his place in light of his unique powers. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Superman movie if the Earth didn’t suffer from some threat that he must protect us from and thusly earn his place as our hero. Man of Steel hits theaters on June 14. Time has been very kind to Mr. Leto, in fact he still has all his boyish good looks. It’s about a detective named Nick Cruz (Reynolds) who is murdered in action then taken to join an undead police division, the R.I.P.D or the Rest In Peace Department, a department of dead police dedicated to protect and serve the living from evil spirits who refuse to move into the afterlife.
