In this week’s edition, we feature the eyewear of stars from three of Bold Face’s favorite fall television shows… Zooey Deschanel plays quirky school teacher Jess living with three male friends on the FOX sitcom New Girl. Thanks to Deschanel’s signature style and personality, the term “adorkable” has become part of popular lexicon; so popular in fact that Deschanel is currently nominated for an Emmy at this year’s Primetime Emmy Awards airing on Sept. 23. Two days later the series’ second season is set to premiere at 8pm on Tuesday, Sept. 25. Here the adorkable Deschanel wears the Valentino V617S sunglasses from Marchon… Glee actor Chris Colfer was snapped wearing the Persol PO2953 from Luxottica on the set with co-start Lea Michele. Now that Colfer’s character, Kurt Hummel has landed in New York, and according to rumors will be landing an internship at Vogue magazine, expect the ever fashionable Kurt to up his fashion game even more. The fourth season of Glee premiered on Sept. 13 and airs on FOX at 9:00pm on Thursdays… James Van Der Beek, who stars as a fictionalized version of himself, the former TV star of Dawson's Creek, stars in the ABC comedy Don’t Trust the B* in Apartment 23. The actor recently wore the Leisure Society Cambridge sunglasses from Baumvision, even tweeting designer Shane Baum a picture of himself and his wife, to the 11th Annual InStyle Summer Soiree on Aug. 8. Don’t Trust the B* in Apartment 23 will air on Tuesdays at 9:30pm on ABC. Season two will premiere on Oct. 23, 2012.
