Ever think about the Big Picture of what’s happening online...? Nielsen, the global information and measurement media company, reports that March 2013 was a busy month for Internet traffic.

Looking more broadly at the top Web brands, Google topped the list by attracting nearly 171 million Americans to its sites, followed by Facebook, with 142 million unique visitors in March. Amazon saw the largest growth in visitors among the top 10 Web brands, as 6.7 million more Americans visited the site than in March 2012.
