WESTBURY, N.Y.—Match Eyewear has introduced a women’s collection into their Danny Gokey Eyewear ophthalmic collection. The new styles reflect an effortless cool that speaks directly to the classic individual style of the brand, targeted to men and women, aged 18 to 35.

“We found that a significant percentage of sales could be attributed to women,’ said Ethan Goodman, president of Match. “Incorporating women’s styles into the collection is a vital step in the natural progression of the brand.”

The launch collection features four women’s styles that echo the menswear inspiration of the Danny Gokey Men’s collection but refined with delicate proportions, unexpected colors and premium acetates for a distinctly feminine feel.

Highlights include the DG 18, a modified cat eye with translucent color blocking on its temples and the DG 19 and 21, reminiscent of horn rim styles updated with soft geometric shaping, splashes of color and semi-transparent temples. The rounded DG 22 is complimented by metal accents and interior color contrasting with a tortoise front.

All Danny Gokey Eyewear comes with a protective hard case and cleaning cloth, while the new styles will appear in marketing efforts and merchandising displays.
