A Professional Advisory Panel of optometrists will help identify Optometric Business Innovators from across the U.S.—individuals who excel at using creative and results-oriented approaches in the following areas: • Business Management—Business savvy ODs constantly employing the latest management techniques. • Optical Dispensing—ODs who have introduced interactive ideas and new technologies into the art of patient care and dispensing. • Contact Lens Dispensing—Experts in contact lenses, offering patients specialized optometric services. • Digital Media—“Digital Docs” who have mastered the new media and are experts in reaching patients in the online community. • Marketing—ODs who put their own spin on the latest marketing techniques used by other service oriented businesses. • The Patient Experience—Forward thinking ODs, always improving diagnostic skills and new practice technologies. • Influencers—Veteran ODs, translating their business savvy ideas into larger groups and organizations.
