Practice Finances and Patient Experience are Explored at MBA Seminar in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, Texas—Nearly 80 optometrists and office managers convened here on July 28 to hear practice-building pearls from the faculty of the Management & Business Academy (MBA), sponsored by Alcon and Essilor. The seminar was held in conjunction with the 2012 iProfit Management Seminar of the Texas Optometric Association.

“We’re pleased to offer this fine program to our membership,” said TOA president, Dr. Jeffrey W. Jones, in greeting participants at the all-day meeting.
