ALEXANDRIA, Va.— The Vision Council has announced the addition of two new high-profile spokespeople, Lawrence Zarian and Jenn Falik, to its Eyecessorize fashion eyewear campaign.

Zarian is a TV personality, style expert, author and TV host who can regularly be seen on Entertainment Tonight, while Falik is a style and beauty expert who has appeared on The View, The Today Show, The Rachael Ray Show and E! News. Both will help promote eyewear as a must-have fashion accessory throughout 2013 by making national TV and satellite media tour appearances, attending Eyecessorize-related events, contributing to seasonal trend kits and engaging in social media, among other efforts.

“Eyecessorize continues to evolve every year, allowing us to reach millions of fashion-conscious consumers with our eyewear-related messaging,” said Steve Rappoport, chair of The Vision Council's marketing and communications committee and president of L'Amy America. “Bringing on Jenn and Lawrence as our fashion and style experts will go a long way in helping to ensure our messaging— from an industry perspective— remains consistent and on-trend.”

Eyecessorize is The Vision Council’s campaign to increase awareness of the fashion and lifestyle aspects of eyewear through blogging and social media, as well as hosting two annual events geared toward fashion media.
