Bryan Pinciaro  Roy Butler
KINGWOOD, Texas—Vision Source has expanded its management leadership team and named Bryan D. Pinciaro to the new position of chief marketing officer (CMO) and Roy D. Butler as chief information officer (CIO.) The announcement was made by Glenn D. Ellisor, OD, president and CEO of Vision Source.

Pinciaro joins Vision Source from BIOMET3i, a leading manufacturer of dental implants and dental products, and a part of the BIOMET organization, a leading orthopedic manufacturer. His role was vice president, global marketing and he was a member of the executive committee, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. Prior to BIOMET, he spent 13 years with Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Inc. – Vistakon, where he was promoted to multiple marketing leadership positions after starting as a sales representative in Colorado, rising to worldwide franchise director- global marketing for Acuvue brand CLs.

In his newly created position, Pinciaro will direct overall marketing strategy for Vision Source, including branding, market research, new product and service development, advertising, public relations, communications, e-strategy / social media, network development and strategic marketing tools and support for members.

Butler has more than 20 years experience in information technology management, including 10 years in health care delivery. He comes to Vision Source from Medfinders, Inc., a home health and staffing services company where he served as chief information officer. He had previously served as vice president of Physix, Inc., specializing in software development for use by home care and primary care physicians. At Vision Source, Butler will manage all information systems including development of new network management tools.
