With the new year upon us, many people are already worrying about shedding all of those holiday pounds. A survey about New Year's resolutions published by Inc. has found that diet and healthy eating tops the resolution list for Americans as they welcome 2019. Exercising more comes in second (65 percent) followed by losing weight (54 percent). Number 10 on the resolutions list is spend more time with family and friends (13 percent). According to research on the topic, about 60 percent of us admit that we make New Year's resolutions, but only about 8 percent are successful in achieving them.
