John Justice
LOUISVILLE, Ky.— Kenmark has promoted John Justice to senior vice president of sales, where he will oversee the domestic and international sales forces. The company also announced the promotion of Cliff Woodward to regional manager of the Northwest territory.

Justice has been with Kenmark since 1988, when he began his career in order fulfillment. Since then he has been promoted numerous times, from shipping manager to export manager to international sales manager and, most recently, as vice president of international sales. Justice will report directly to Mike Cundiff, chief operations officer.

Additionally, Cliff Woodward, previously territory manager of Kenmark accounts in the San Francisco Bay area, has been promoted to regional manager over Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, South Dakota and Nebraska. The territory managers in those states will now report directly to Woodward, who will also continue to service his current California sales territory. Woodward will report to Justice.

Woodward has been with Kenmark for eight years and in the optical industry for 25, having previously sold for Nordic, Charmant and REM.

In other personnel news, Matt Kremer has been promoted to the position of Supply Chain & Inventory Planning Manager. Kremer has been with Kenmark since September 2011 and has exhibited superior capabilities in inventory strategy and process improvement.

Prior to his promotion, he held the Procurement Coordinator position at Kenmark. He implemented and managed various projects within the organization including high level demand forecasting models, comprehensive inventory reporting plans and cross-functional integrated business plans.

Kremer will now focus on advancing Kenmark’s footprint worldwide by assuming responsibility for the Kenmark team’s long-term inventory and supply chain planning.
