NEW YORK—“Focus On: The Ultimate Patient Experience” was the topic of a lunch-and-learn session that was attended by more than 80 eyecare professionals on Friday, March 28, at International Vision Expo East. Presenting at the event were Mark Wright, OD, FCOVD, who spoke on “Strategies to Providing the Ultimate Patient Experience”; and John Bonizio, owner of Metro Optics, who followed that talk with one on “How the Enhanced Patient Experience Drives Growth.” The event was presented by Review of Optometric Business and sponsored by CareCredit and Solutionreach.
