NEW YORK—With the passage of time, it seems women get older but men just get more distinguished. Such is the case with the three men featured in this week’s edition of Bold Face, though we like to think their stylish eyewear from Marchon, Yogi and Luxottica helps prove the point.

On another partnership front, 141 Eyewear, a Portland-based philanthropic eyewear company, recently teamed up with Kaiser Permanente and the Boys & Girls Club of Salem to execute a charity eyecare clinic to test and fit kids for free prescription eyewear. Shu-Chu Yamaguchi, clinic coordinator and 141 Eyewear’s co-founder summed up the effort saying, “Our giving model is labor-intensive, but it’s all worth it when we see kids in our own community get a better look at life through one of our frames.” For the full story and the featured video click here.
