NEW YORK—Tele-optometry company 20/20NOW has named Chad Overman, OD as optometry subject matter advisor. Dr. Overman has extensive experience in optometry and the optical industry, including 12 years of private practice and leadership roles in corporate optometry at Walmart where he was director of professional relations. He also led the doctor talent acquisition efforts for Walmart’s vision centers and pharmacies. More recently, he has worked in consulting, focused on integrating emerging technology into optometry. “We’re delighted to have Dr. Chad join our team,” said 20/20NOW CEO, Chuck Scott. He brings us tremendous experience and perspective on the future of optometry.
