NEW YORK—The Eyewear Designers of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (edCFDA) have joined forces to create a special capsule collection of eyewear frames in aid of Fashion Targets Breast Cancer (FTBC), the charitable initiative of the CFDA Foundation that raises funds and awareness of breast cancer.

The participating CFDA eyewear designers are: Patty Perreira for Barton Perreira; Selima Salaun for Selima Optique; Blake Kuwahara; Jeff Press for Morgenthal Frederics; Daniel Silberman for Illesteva; Barbara McReynolds and Gai Gherardi for l.a. Eyeworks; Robert Marc; Shane Baum for Leisure Society; Grant Krajecki and Natalie Levy for Grey Ant; and Christian Roth.
“In today’s times when charitable efforts are needed more than ever, I am very proud that the edCFDA committee brought together 10 CFDA eyewear designers to create a collective capsule collection to benefit Fashion Targets Breast Cancer,” Christian Roth stated.

Each designer created Frames for A Cause eyeglasses inspired by FTBC’s blue and white hues. The designs are available at each designer’s booth for the duration of Vision Expo East and will be available in optical and fashion stores starting May 1.
