ST. LOUIS—EyeCare Partners, LLC (ECP) has added three new optometry practices to its Ohio footprint: Advanced Eyecare Associates,  the Columbus, Ohio, practice of David Zehnder, OD; Riverview Eye Associates, the Columbus, Ohio, practice of Steve Curtis, OD; and Sugarcreek Eye Health Center, the Bellbrook, Ohio, practice of George Reed, OD. All three practices operated in Ohio for over 20 years, according to an announcement from EyeCare Partners. “Dr. Curtis, Dr. Reed and Dr. Zehnder have built solid reputations for advanced ocular disease diagnosis and treatment in their respective communities,” said James Wachter, OD, chief professional officer of ECP. Kelly McCrann, chief executive officer of ECP noted, “ECP is laser-focused on attracting like-minded OD partners committed to practicing full scope optometry and sharing our vision of comprehensive eyecare under one banner. Each of these practices was driven to ECP in part to leave behind the administrative burden of everyday practice management, but also because ECP was the right partner to take their practice to the next level without changing their patient care model.”
