NEW YORK—Eyewear by ROI has announced the renewal of its eyewear licensing contract with Bulova Corporation through 2016. The new agreement extends the contract originally signed by the two companies in 1995.

Under the renewed licensing agreement, Eyewear by ROI will continue to design, manufacture and distribute the eyewear and sunwear collections marketed under the names Bulova, Bulova Twist Titanium, Caravelle by Bulova, Bulova Interchangeables and Wittnauer.

“Our relationship with the Bulova Corporation has been instrumental in the continued growth of ROI,” said John W. Alofs II, founder and CEO of Eyewear by ROI. “With this new extension, we will be partners with Bulova for over 20 years.”

“We are very pleased to continue our relationship with Eyewear by ROI,” added Dennis W. Perry, president of Bulova. “We are highly selective in our partnerships and have found that ROI’s superb design, expert manufacturing and attention to market demand consistently reflect the values with which we approach our own products.”
