OXFORD, England—Adjustable focus eyewear maker Adlens, based here, has appointed Greg Nugent as a non-executive board director.

Nugent piloted the marketing program for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, directing the spectator experience, management of data, campaigns, advertising and research. Following the Games, he co-founded Inc. London Limited which advises clients on major projects around the world.
