ROMULUS, Mich.—Kasperek USA Optical has announced the hiring of Bryan Reedy as vice president of business development and Amanda Benjamin as project manager. Reedy has more than 10 years of retail and relationship management experience and has earned numerous awards throughout his career for sales and performance and team leadership. Reedy will focus on developing new distribution channels and creating strategic partnerships to facilitate growth at Kasperek USA Optical. Benjamin will work closely with the executive team to aid in planning the implementation of various projects that focus on efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operations both inside and outside of the office.

Benjamin received a Master’s degree from Oakland University, is a Lean black belt and has experience managing a wide range of projects and process improvements.
