Founded here in 1972, the company will move its approximately 100 employees to the new building located at 1800 Research Drive in early 2017.“I am thrilled to announce this new venture,” said Mike Cundiff, CEO of Kenmark. “We have experienced incredible growth over the past several years and are fortunate to be in the position where more space is necessary to accommodate our current and future needs.”The new 66,000 square-foot space will house the company’s design, sales, accounting, marketing, retail, international, IT and customer service departments, as well as its fulfillment center. Kenmark is an employee-owned company that designs, markets and distributes optical and sun eyewear and accessories worldwide in over 70 countries ranging from independent optical retailers to boutique shops, luxury department stores and multi-national chains.
