Featuring expert speakers from outside the industry as well, who will be announced soon, industry leaders will be discussing some of the technology tools they use and share their views about how technology is modernizing the eyewear retail environment. Among those optical industry speakers are: Richard Edlow, OD, president, Katzen Eye Group; Eric Anderson, president and general manager, LensCrafters; and Jonathan Rosin, MD, co-owner, Rosin Eyecare.

“All retailers and ECPs are asking: does my operation’s brand experience meet the expectations of today’s omni-channel shoppers and discriminating patients?,” said Marge Axelrad, SVP and editorial director of VM. “ VM LIVE will illustrate some current approaches being used and update executive decisionmakers about this important change.”
