The new capability will enable eyecare professionals who utilize MaximEyes to use automated e-mail and text message appointment confirmation and recall reminders, produce customized promotions and newsletters, provide real-time tracking results from all marketing efforts, and help improve online reputation on internet sites such as Google, Facebook and CitySearch. To date, MaximEyes practices using Demandforce have already collected over 6,000 online reviews and brought back more than 1,200 lost patients.
