(TSX:BCI) announced late last week that it has begun a search for a new chief financial officer. Derrick Giannoumis, who held the title senior vice president and chief financial officer, will retire from the company June 2, New Look Vision said. While a search for a successor to Giannoumis is under way, financial and investor queries will be handled by New Look Vision president Antoine Amiel. “Derrick joined us from Greiche & Scaff after its acquisition in October 2014 and contributed to its successful integration into New Look Vision as well as other accomplishments on our behalf,” Amiel said in the announcement. “The board of directors, senior management and I wish him well in his new endeavors.” New Look Vision operates 79 stores under the New Look Eyewear banner, 49 stores under the Greiche & Scaff banner and 84 stores under the Vogue Optical banner.
