ISELIN, N.J. and ELMWOOD PARK, N.J.—Omni Eye Services a portfolio company of New MainStream Capital announced last week that it has affiliated with the Phillips Eye Center led by Hadley Phillips, DO. Dr. Phillips, along with his colleagues, have been providing quality eyecare to the northern New Jersey area since 1983. Dr. Phillips will continue to lead Phillips Eye Center and will now benefit from the administrative support and scale provided by Omni Eye Services management team, an announcement said.

New MainStream Capital invested in Omni and said it intended to expand the platform back in July 2017, as VMAIL reported. New MainStream Capital is a New York based private investment firm specializing in strategic equity investments and leveraged buyouts of lower middle market companies.

Commenting on the transaction, Dr. Christopher Quinn, CEO of Omni, said, “Phillips is a highly respected and well-known practice with an exceptional clinical and support team focused on providing high-quality patient care.
