RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.—Get an up-close perspective on the hiking adventure taken by VSP Global chief executive Jim McGrann, who joined with deaf-blind adventurer Bill Barkeley in September for a trek along the Camino de Santiago trail in northwestern Spain. Their goal was to continue raising awareness of Usher Syndrome, a rare disorder that causes partial or total hearing loss and vision loss that worsens over time.
