Shannon Collins Thackray.

Madison, Wis.—Rev360, the company that delivers RevolutionEHR and a suite of eyecare practice and advancement solutions to eyecare professionals throughout the U.S. and Canada, has named Shannon Collins Thackray as vice president of human resources. Thackray has a distinguished career in human resources, ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, according to a recent Rev360 announcement. Thackray most recently was with Accenture, where she held several senior roles within human resources and recruiting.

“We are so excited to have a proven, people-first leader join the Rev360 C-suite as we continue our rapid growth and expansion,” Rev360 chief executive officer Scott Filion said in the announcement. “Shannon brings a tremendous track record of elevating the talent of an organization.”

Thackray’s experience in human resources comes from serving companies in the technology, consulting, financial services, health care, and recreational sports industries, the announcement noted. Her immediate short-term goals are to assess the overall HR function and implement enhancements to key programs, including performance management, organizational design and talent acquisition.

“My greatest strength is the ability to partner with a leadership team to understand the business objectives and then create and implement the HR strategy and actions to support those objectives,” she said in the announcement. Longer term, she said Rev360 is considering the growth it expects across its three business units and ensuring that the company is “organizationally aligned in the most effective way for that growth.”

In addition to RevolutionEHR, Rev360 also oversees the Professional Eye Care Associates of America (PECAA), a premiere doctor alliance group, and Visionary Partners, an innovative partnership between Rev360 and ECP’s to sustain and grow independent eyecare practices.
