SECAUCUS, N.J.—Safilo USA will kick off 2018 with a continuation of its regional live selling events, first initiated in 2017, with two new 2018 Regional Buying Days on the West Coast. The first event will take place in Los Angeles, Jan. 28 to 30 at a unique event space called SmogShoppe in Culver City. The second event will take place in San Francisco, Feb. 11 to 13 at the Juniper Hotel Cupertino for San Francisco and San Jose based customers. At each event, Safilo will showcase its two newest licensed spring 2018 launch collections, rag & bone and Moschino. Additional featured brands include the company’s luxury collections Dior, Fendi, Givenchy and Jimmy Choo; designer/fashion collections BOSS, kate spade new york, Marc Jacobs, Max Mara; proprietary collections Carrera, Polaroid, the newly relaunched SAFILO line and Smith; and upscale atelier collections Elie Saab and Oxydo.

These events will serve as a chance for current and potential customers to be immersed in Safilo’s newest collections and seasonal product offerings in a novel way with a fresh approach tailored to their specific business needs, the company pointed out, noting that local area reps, business development manager and key members of the brand management, trade marketing and customer service teams from the Safilo’s North American HQ will be on hand to support, place orders and answer questions.

All Safilo accounts are welcome, as are ECPs who might not be current accounts but would like a special opportunity to explore Safilo’s various collections and capabilities. Special sales discounts and incentives will be offered to all attendees, the company said.

These regional Safilo Buying Days will complement the company’s presence at Vision Expo East in March and its participation in additional shows and customer group events and meetings throughout the year.
