NEW YORK—Vision Expo East attendees voted Specs of Wood first place as the show’s “Vision Choice” best new product. Second place “Vision Choice” best new product was awarded to Miraflex. Third place “Vision Choice” was awarded to Lunette USA. Upon being recognized as Best New Product, Ian Rubinstein, owner of Specs of Wood said, “I’m very excited to win first place because the competition is pretty stiff, there a lot of creative people here. This reward is a recognition of all the hard work I’ve put into my brand, and a testament to Vision Expo for having the idea to allow people to showcase their products.”The Vision Choice Awards distinguish the best of the best in new eyewear products and technology, as voted upon by Vision Expo attendees. Twenty-four brands competed for Best New Product as part of the International Vision Expo New Product Gallery, which showcases the frames, accessories and technologies introduced at the show.
