Spy Partners With the J Fin Group for Apparel, Accessories, Electronics


CARLSBAD, Calif.— Spy Inc. (OTCBB: XSPY) has announced a licensing partnership with The J Fin Group to design, manufacture and sell Spy branded products including, but not limited to, men’s and boy’s apparel, unisex accessories and consumer electronics.
Based in Irvine, Calif., The J Fin Group manages the design, sourcing, marketing, licensing and worldwide distribution for products under its umbrella of owned and licensed consumer lifestyle brands. Utilizing a strategic partnership with the Scope Business Services Platform to manage back-end operations, they also provide strategic support for the management teams of those businesses.
