Laugh For Sight was founded by legally blind standup comedian, Brian Fischler and Scott Wartham. It is a non-profit organization with goals to raise funds and public awareness for retinal degenerative eye diseases—specifically retinitis pigmentosa, stargardt's disease and macular degeneration. Laugh For Sight expanded nationally a few years ago with shows in Los Angeles and South Beach. The biggest names in comedy all donate their time to perform at Laugh For Sight.
