NEW HAVEN, Conn.—Unite for Sight—a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2000 that specializes in health care delivery to communities around the world—announced that the schedule for the Global Health and Innovation Conference at Yale has been released. Unite For Sight is a global nonprofit organization that has provided eyecare to 2.5 million people in North America, Africa and Asia. Its programs in Ghana, Honduras and India have provided care to more than 2.5 million of the world’s poorest people, including more than 99,000 sight-restoring surgeries.

The Global Health and Innovation Conference (#GHIC) is a leading global health conference and social entrepreneurship conference, with 2,200 professionals and students from all 50 states and more than 55 countries participating. The thought-leading conference convenes leaders, change-makers and participants from all sectors of global health, international development and social entrepreneurship.

The conference, taking place April 14 to 15 at Yale University, will include 300 speakers in the environment health, energy, food and agriculture sectors; education and school-based program sectors; and health policy and advocacy sectors, among others.
