CLEARWATER, Fla.—Visibility Management has appointed optical industry veteran Michael Monaco to its consulting team as a senior partner. He brings 26 years of experience as a managed care business development executive with a background in government programs within the optical industry.

Prior to joining Visibility Management, Monaco was responsible for the development and strategic direction of Essilor of America’s government programs division involving Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, the Department of Veterans Administration and the Department of Defense. In addition, he has managed care experience within hospital, pharmaceutical, clinical laboratory and disease management.

Managing partner Richard Sanchez said, “Mike’s unique perspective of the optical industry will allow Visibility Management clients to identify previously unseen opportunities within the government market.
