VSP Global Announces Executive Restructuring

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. —"As a cascading effect of Jim McGrann taking the helm as president and CEO of VSP Global in October 2015, several promotions and a strategic restructuring have taken place to continue global growth," VSP has announced.

Steve Wright has been promoted to president of Omni-Channel Solutions, a newly formed line of business focused on developing a seamless multichannel strategy for consumers to engage professional optometry for their eyecare and eyewear with a focus on the Premier program. Wright’s previous role was senior vice president of the Americas for Marchon Eyewear, Inc. and president of Altair Eyewear.

Mark Ginsberg has been appointed to chief marketing officer of VSP Global, succeeding Kate Renwick-Espinosa, who became president of VSP Vision Care last October. In this new role, Ginsberg will report to McGrann and lead the organization’s global marketing strategy to deliver its products and services to a diverse worldwide client base. Most recently, Ginsberg served as senior vice president of global marketing at Marchon and reported to Claudio Gottardi, president of Marchon.
