Quick Take: Marcolin has released its spring/summer 2019 collection of sunwear and eyewear from Timberland.
Specifics: The models incorporate environmental responsibility, style as well as performance to create classic pieces.  Many of the new designs to this collection are made following the brand’s Earthkeepers philosophy, which focuses on the responsible use of materials while respecting the surrounding environment. These Earthkeepers models are made of at least 35 percent bio-based plastic material derived from renewable resources.
Selling Points: The collection is divided into two families: modern casual, which includes more contemporary looking styles and heritage, with styles that ensure comfort and maximum active performance. Bright colors are showcased alongside more classic shades such as gold, palladium, black and havana. Eyewear highlights include the TB1621 optical style which features a square silhouette and has the Earthkeepers mark with at least 35 percent of its plastic material being bio-based. The frame is topped off with a  rubberized finish and a  lightweight fit. The classic square TB1624 style features a keyhole bridge and also fits into the Earthkeepers philosophy. New sunwear styles include the TB9174 model, designed according to the Earthkeepers mark as well. This model shows off a contemporary look with a rectangular-shaped front and has rubber detailing in a perforated pattern that highlights the interior of each temple in contrasting colorways. The round TB9177 sunglass, which is also an Earthkeepers model, is completed with high-performance polarized lenses edged in metal. The rubber-effect temples feature contrasting colored outlines in the same tone as the Timberland logo.
