LONGARONE, Italy— Thélios, the LVMH-Marcolin joint venture, has launched the Loewe Eyewear Collection. Craftsmanship, an experimental spirit and expertise in leather are pillars that define the Loewe brand that are also translated into this first eyewear collection.

For fall 2018, innovative and graphic shapes have been created to echo the Maison’s identity and iconic products. The mix of man-made materials such as leather, metal and acetate, the sophisticated use of gradient lenses and the choice of silhouettes make this a collection driven by distinct creative standards.

While futuristic masks allude to its architectural silhouettes, the classic aviator shape is reinterpreted in a more playful manner and rectangular styles made of mirror lenses and padded leather can be seen in this inaugural eyewear collection.

The LW40010 style from this collection shows off a contemporary interpretation of the timeless aviator style, redesigned with an original triangular colored lens. The LW40012 is a refined combination of acetate and metal in a futuristic mask shape, with bold temples and open-work lenses.

Another highlight from the Loewe Collection is the LW40006. The straight and rectangular shape of this style with a stitched leather front creates a strong and unisex look.
