Jay Frosch Flo Kloes
THE COLONY, Texas—Jochen (Jay) Frosch, senior service engineer for Schneider Optical Machines, will mark his 20-year anniversary this year. Frosch started his internship and education in mechanical technology at Schneider in 1995. He also has four years of experience in mechanical assembly.

In 2002, he became a service technician for Schneider Germany, and after four years he relocated to Schneider U.S., where he started as the first service technician and helped build a spare-parts and consumables inventory. While in the U.S, he met and married his current wife. His extensive knowledge and experience in the technical field has been a tremendous contribution to Schneider, the company noted.

Florian (Flo) Kloes, technical product manager for Schneider Optical Machines, will reach his 10-year anniversary this year. Kloes started at Schneider after completing his mechatronical education in Germany in 2005 as a service technician. In 2009, he relocated to Schneider U.S. as a senior service technician.

While in the U.S., he met his current wife and is currently the father of three children. In 2015, he was promoted to technical product manager, responsible for implementation of Schneider’s Modulo line in the U.S. As an experienced and knowledgeable member of the optical equipment industry, Kloes has been a valuable asset, Schneider said.
