Over 50 top sales performers were also honored at the conference.

Safilo Group CEO, Luisa Delgado, closed the conference with her key takeaways focusing on the NA team understanding the bigger picture and the company’s plans so that they could execute with discipline and results, and believe in the company, its values, vision, strategy and leadership, Safilo said.

Safilo’s Blomqvist said, “We wanted to bring the U.S. and Canadian sales teams together to absolutely celebrate our product, our brands and our people as well as provide context and clarity on the company’s 2020 strategy so that we can all execute with understanding. We have a right to win in 2017 and beyond and that’s what this meeting was all about.”
