OTTAWA—Some 70 leaders in Canadian optometry, representing all 10 provinces, gathered for a two-day Optometric Leaders’ Forum in Ottawa from Jan. 30 to 31. The group, representing associations, regulators, academics and buying groups, meets annually to forge strategies to address professional and legislative challenges facing optometrists across the country or nationwide.
