Women get old but men just get more distinguished. Such is the case with the three men featured in this week’s edition of Bold Face, though we like to think their stylish eyewear helps prove the point…

Steve Coogan, an English actor, stand-up comedian, impressionist, writer and producer. He began his career in the 1980s doing voice work on a puppet show and in the course of his 25 year career has won several BAFTA Awards (the British equivalent of the Oscars). He is currently starring in Philomena, alongside actress Judi Dench, as Martin Sixsmith, a world-weary political journalist, which is based upon the book The Lost Child of Philomena Lee written by Sixsmith, which tells the true story of Philomena Lee's 50-year-long search for her son. Coogan and Jeff Pope actually wrote the screenplay for the film which won the award for Best Screenplay at 70th Venice International Film Festival and has been nominated for a Golden Globe Awards. Well, Coogan’s search for good eyewear is over, here he wears the Flexon Jobs optical style from Marchon

Tracy Letts may best be known as Senator Andrew Lockhart on the wildly popular Showtime series Homeland but he is also the only person to win both a Tony Award for acting (as George in the revival of Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?) and a Pulitzer Prize. In the show, his character, who wears the Yogi 4801 in blue demi, is the chair of the Senate committee investigating the bombing of the CIA headquarters in season two. In real life, Letts  is the author of Killer Joe (for which he also wrote the screenplay), Bug (also the screenplay), Man from Nebraska (a Pulitzer finalist) and August: Osage County (and the screenplay), which won the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award for 'Best Play' and is currently a feature film starring Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts…

Nicolas Cage celebrates his 50th birthday on Tuesday, Jan. 7, and has been making movies for more than 30 years. He is best known for his wide range of roles in notable films such as Moonstruck, City of Angels, National Treasure, Face/Off and Leaving Las Vegas, the latter of which earned him an Oscar for Best Actor. The versatile actor has three more movies scheduled to come out in 2014; Left Behind, Kotare and Outcast, as well as a rumored reprisal of his role as Ben Gates in National Treasure 3. A distinguished gentleman deserves a distinguished brand and Cage was recently snapped wearing the Persol PO 2353 sunglasses from Luxottica.
