The show illustrates the twisted life of Norman Bates and his mother, Norma, prior to the events depicted in Hitchcock’s film. Viewers also get a look into how Norman Bates’ psyche unravels throughout his teenage years. The creepy Bates Motel has been renewed for a second season which is set to air in 2014. Highmore wears the Valentino V630S sunglasses from Marchon
