LONDON—In the early 1900s, Max Factor began transforming starlets into Hollywood icons with glamourous makeup looks and hairstyles. He became a visionary make-up artist who founded Max Factor Cosmetics. He even coined the phrase “make-up” and created the first commercially available foundation.

To complement Max Factor cosmetics, Ego Eyewear has launched the new Max Factor AW 2015/SS 2016 collection of optical and sun styles. With elements of glamour, the collection is designed to enhance the facial features and self-expression of women making them look and feel gorgeous, the company said.

Key colors including black, white and gold accents are used throughout the collection. The frames will also incorporate colors inspired by Max Factor cosmetics allowing wearers to coordinate their eyewear with their eye shadow or lipstick. Then to create synergy across the collection, all temples are designed to match the distinctive language of Max Factor products with a stunning metal band accent and brand logo.
